Payment, Cancelation & Refund Policy

Payment

  • Booking Voucher will only be confirmed after Payment Verification.

  • Tentative bookings can be made up to 90 days in advance.


Cancellation Terms

  • Free cancellation is available up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time in local time Saudi Arabia.

  • Cancellation between 48 and 24 hours before the start time will incur a charge equal to half of the booking amount.

  • Cancellation 24 hours or less before the start time will result in a full charge.

  • In the case of a "no-show," the full booking amount will be charged.


Refund Policy

  • Refunds for cancellations made within the 48-hour free cancellation window will be processed in full.

  • For cancellations with a half charge, a refund will be issued, deducting the applicable charge.

  • No refunds will be provided for cancellations made 24 hours or less before the start time.

  • In the case of a "no-show," no refunds will be granted.
