Booking Voucher will only be confirmed after Payment Verification.
Tentative bookings can be made up to 90 days in advance.
Cancellation Terms
Free cancellation is available up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time in local time Saudi Arabia.
Cancellation between 48 and 24 hours before the start time will incur a charge equal to half of the booking amount.
Cancellation 24 hours or less before the start time will result in a full charge.
In the case of a "no-show," the full booking amount will be charged.
Refund Policy
Refunds for cancellations made within the 48-hour free cancellation window will be processed in full.
For cancellations with a half charge, a refund will be issued, deducting the applicable charge.
No refunds will be provided for cancellations made 24 hours or less before the start time.
In the case of a "no-show," no refunds will be granted.
