MAKKAH: The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah has clarified the age limitations to obtain Umrah, Tawaaf and other permits pertaining to the Two Holy Mosques.
A source familiar with the matter Thursday that the upper age requirement for Umrah has been removed and various media reports regarding the age limit being between 18-50 were inaccurate. Okaz on Friday confirmed the same same quoting a source in the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah Read: ‘Indonesia, Pakistan among others allowed Direct Entry to the Kingdom’ Accordingly, the age limit as of November 26th, those who are above the age of 18 are coming from abroad can perform Umrah and visit the Prophet’s Mosque.
